SOCHILL Bath Club is a walk-in sauna and cold plunge recovery club at Raffles Holland V Mall, #02-01, 118 Holland Ave, Singapore 278997. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who we share it with and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

When you buy a session, pack, membership or gift card online, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and for gifts the recipient's name and email. Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe and Qashier); we never see or store your full card number.

When you use the contact form, your message opens in your own email app and is sent to us by email, so we only receive what you choose to send. If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we see what you send there.

Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as the pages you view, your device type and approximate location, using privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights and, when enabled, Google Analytics).

To process your order, create or find your member account, send you a receipt and your login details, answer your questions, run the club safely, and improve this website. If you opt in, we also send newsletters and offers; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Only the services we need to run the club: Stripe and Qashier (payments), Supabase (secure data storage), Resend (sending receipts and emails), and our own staff through our internal member system. We do not sell your data.

This website also shows an Instagram feed and an OpenStreetMap map. Those providers may set their own cookies or collect your IP address when you load those sections.

We keep purchase and membership records for as long as you are an active or recently active member, and for as long as we need to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time. Email hello@sochillbathclub.com or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8802 2463, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Access to member data is limited to the staff who need it, our systems use encrypted connections, and card details stay with our payment providers. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you suspect misuse of your account.
